Remarks :One pair of Common Myna made nest regularly in our apartment. They built nest in nook of drainage pipeline on 1^st floor of the building. We can observe them from the terrace of our three story building without getting them disturbed. They built their nest at same place every year. They built nest with twigs, root, paper and rubbish. Their eggs are glossy blue in color. We saw nest with eggs on 17.06.2015. We do not want to disturb the nest and parents so we do not visit that place frequently. On 05.07.2015 there were 4 chicks in the nest. Parents regularly visit the nest with food. Now on 16.07.2015, at evening we heard lots of call of the Common Myna so we went outside. We saw one fledgling of Common Myna on floor and its parents helping it to fly but that bird did not fly. So they shift the bird in corner and try to hide it. As it late evening and we feel that may be our present disturbs them so we move from there. So we do not know their fate. But remaining chicks are grownup and left the nest very soon.- VP & PM
